I am the proud owner of a 3yr old staffy. He is the most loving dog I have ever owned, he loves kids and is a bit of a wimp most days and can be quite shy for a while until he gets to know you. I once left him with a company called Barking Mad but they lost him for an entire week and i had to help search for him. After one whole week of floods, strong winds and not a pick of food we found him 3 kilos lighter, he was a bit traumatised but very happy to see me and soon settled back into his routine. As you can imagine I am very nervous now about leaving him with strangers. He usually stays with my partner or family but this isnt always an option. Can anyone help? I just want to find someone professional that will care for him in the same way that I do when I have to go away.
